Choose which carpool opens first: tap Open first on its card in Carpool Setup.
Add or remove any trip with the +/− button next to Edit Trips. Whoever was driving a removed trip is told, and so is the organizer.
Change the whole schedule in one step (days, times or dates). You see a preview before anything is saved, you have 7 days to undo it, and everyone sees what changed at the top of the schedule.
Give some days their own times, like an early pickup on Wednesdays.
A new trip editor built for phones, with Driver, Riders and Time tabs. The reason a child isn't riding sits right under their name.
When a carpool reaches its end date, the organizer gets a heads-up and can extend it or archive it. Archived carpools keep everything and can be restored.
The 6am summary arrives on every day with a trip, weekends included.
Teen drivers on a child account get the reminder for trips they drive.
Only the organizer can change the list of drivers. Taking someone off it offers to clear them from their upcoming trips.
Renaming, archiving or restoring a carpool shows up on everyone's screen without a refresh.
A trip left open in the editor frees itself after 3 minutes without a tap.
Carpools past their end date say Expired in Carpool Setup, not Active.
A mistyped invite code now says no carpool was found, instead of showing a vague error.

Ride reminders arrive when they should.
Turn notifications off in Settings and they stay off.
The red number on the app icon clears itself instead of sticking at 1.
A note saying why someone isn't riding survives any other edit to that time slot, including a driver change.
Adding a day that's already on your schedule takes you to it instead of wiping out its drivers, times and notes.
Editing a time slot no longer blocks other families from editing theirs.
Notes that were cut short at a comma are restored.
A note can't contain a comma. The app now tells you as you type, instead of shortening the note later.
Settings shows which version of the app you're running.

These shipped across several updates over the spring and summer. They're listed together rather than sorted into versions we'd only be guessing at.
Carpool-Q on the Apple App Store, with subscriptions on iPhone and iPad.
Delete your account and everything in it, from Settings.
Show or hide your password on the sign-in form, and reset it if you've forgotten it.
An invited family can look at the carpool before creating an account.
A shorter signup path for people who already know they want it.
Settings reads your notification setting from the phone itself, so it no longer claims notifications are blocked when they aren't.
Your household partner shows up correctly in Settings.
Signing in goes straight to your schedule instead of flashing the welcome page or getting stuck on setup.
A new version of the app now reaches people who already had it open.
Closed every finding from two independent security reviews.
